BootCamp Weekender (3 days)
Our Bootcamp weekenders are great fun, highly social and they guarantee results over the weekend. You will experience a range of fun bootcamp sessions for all levels and abilities. Try the following:

With 6 x 80-minute sessions over 3 days, each day is sure to bring a new and exciting challenge. All equipment is provided and a full dietary plan will be issued for maximum results.
You are advised to stick the plan over the weekend and there is strictly no alcohol allowed during the 3-day programme.
The exercise and eating programme is designed to lose you 3lbs of fat over the 3-days to help kick-start your fitness campaign.
BootCamp Members £90 - New Recruits £100
Sunday Shape-Up (90 minutes)
Last Sunday every month 9am-10.30am at IVERIDGE HALL - £5 per person. These camps include 90-minutes of intense bootcamp exercise. Each Sunday includes a mixture of drills and power based exercises to give individuals a feel to what the other 3 plans involve. A great starter BOOTCAMP to do! All levels welcome:
1) Reebok Power Circuit (10 measured intense power exercises)
2) Bleep Test and Outdoor Treck (a measured fitness assessment)
3) Extreme Conditioning and curl test (tough strength exercises with a measured sit-up time test towards the end)
4) Fitness Pilates (A tough method of pilates designed to shape your body faster than traditional pilates techniques)
5) Body Attack (high impact aerobic style exercises to really pump the heart rate up and get that body burning)
6) Casino Conditioning (The most fun you will ever have with a pack of cards. Great fun and a real tough session)
The Sunday Shape-Up programme also finishes with a full body stretch to help improve flexibility..

28 Day BootCamp Plan
(3x early mornings over 4 weeks)
Our 28-day camps guarantee amazing fitness and inch loss.
We offer:
• 3 x early morning Bootcamp exercise sessions at 630am each week.
• A 28-day healthy eating plan to follow.
• A healthy breakfast after each session as well.
Each morning will bring a new exercise challenge to try. The 28-day plan also includes a FREE 30-minute sports massage upon completion to help relieve those aching muscles.
Measurements are taken on day 1 and day 28 to monitor everyone's progress during the plan.
The plan is aimed at people that want great results in just one month and our plan guarantees ultimate fitness and inch loss results or your money back.
The plan is aimed at all ability levels from total beginners to more experienced exercisers.
The plan includes:
• 12 x Bootcamp programmes
• 12 x healthy breakfasts
• 28-day healthy eating plan
BootCamp Members £180 - New Recruits £200
Terms and Conditions for all Plans.
• All camps must be booked and a 50% deposit must be paid for in advance of each camp.
• The balance must be paid prior to or before the camp commences on the day.
• Cancellations must be received with a minimum of 7 days notice.
• Full payments will be charged if cancellations are received within 7 days.
• Bootcamp members are classed as individuals that have taken part in a 3-day or 28-day bootcamp programme.
• We have a strictly limited 20 spaces per camp available.
• Applicants may be refused entry to Bootcamp if staff feel it is unsafe for the individual.
